Q: How does collecting E-Card Coins work?

With every purchase you make on E-Card, you earn E-Card Coins that you can eventually exchange for free products. Your collected E-Card Coins are automatically linked to the email you use to buy from E-Card. So, every time you use the same email address at E-Card, you earn more E-Card Coins. The number of Coins you collect varies depending on the product and its value.
Q: Where do I see how many E-Card Coins I have collected?
Answer
You can only access your Coin stash after you bought a product from E-Card. Only then you will receive a link in your email or on the delivery page that brings you to E-Card World.
Q: Do E-Card Coins expire?
Answer
Loyalty is important to us, so we reward customers who shop with us frequently with E-Card Coins. Your E-Card Coins are valid for 365 days. Each time you shop at E-Card, the validity is automatically extended for another year.
Q: I chose the wrong product or region. Can I get my Coins back or choose another product?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot refund Coins or undo your choice. So choose wisely and make sure to select the correct region for your free product.
Q: Can I give my e-Card Coins to someone else?
Answer
It is not currently possible to transfer E-Card Coins to someone else, or to merge them with your Coins from another email address.
Q: I collected Coins with two different email addresses. Can I combine them?
Answer
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to combine Coin amounts from two different email addresses into one. We suggest that you only use one email address so that you have all your e-Card Coins in one place.
Q: Can I redeem my Coins for money?
Answer
e-Card Coins can only be used on e-Card World for free products.
Q: Do I earn Coins when I buy a paysafecard from e-Card?
Answer
Yes, you do. However, keep in mind that due to brand restrictions, you cannot exchange your E-Card Coins to obtain a free paysafecard.
