That shouldn’t be a problem!  If you bought a EUR code, while outside of Europe, you can simply deposit the money directly into your ecoPayz account. It will automatically convert the currency, and you can easily use your balance to pay. Please note that ecoPayz will charge a small deposit fee of 2.99%, and possibly another equal conversion fee of 2.99%.

Answer

All prepaid payment card publishers have to take measures to fight fraud and scams with automatic security systems. Whenever a system flags suspicious behaviour, it can result in a code or account getting (temporarily) blocked. Don’t worry - it doesn’t mean that you’re at fault! To solve the issue, please contact them at ecovouchersupport@ecopayz.com, providing your code, serial number (if available), and your invoice from us. That should be all they need to help you out quickly.
