General Terms

  3. Pending Orders- Pending orders i.e. orders awaiting payment from users will be deleted automatically within 3-10 days

  6. Refund Policy- No refunds are available for the items ordered. If the item ordered was not in working condition or not as described, then you are required to send an email to support@ecardoutlet.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a full refund equivalent to the purchase amount
  7. Prepaid Virtual Cards– Prepaid virtual credit cards can be destroyed after using them. We are not responsible for any reversals or refunds on your card

Identity proof and address proof requirements:
  • Only government issued ID documents with full name and photo are accepted
  • Identification documents must have a document number and verification documents must have one year validity with issue date and expiration date
  • Non-official documents like certificates, access cards, and student ID cards are not accepted
  • Scanned images must be uncropped, high-resolution images in color (at least 150 dpi) on full-size pages, in JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF or PDF formats with a maximum size of 2 MB. Unclear, altered, low-resolution or poor quality images will be rejected. Your filename must reflect the document type.

Address proof criteria:

  • Scanned copies of only legal, traceable documents with full name and residential address in the form of utility bill or stamped bank statement are accepted
  • Any other form of personal identification with address, envelopes, PO Box statements, electronic documents or screenshots are not accepted
  • Avoid misuse of ID proof or address proof by ensuring that your name on your bank account and on our website tallies accurately for all uploaded documents
  • We retain full record of transactions with identification in order to monitor any suspicious transactions. www.ecardoutlet.com has the right to cancel any form of suspicious transactions in the form of money laundering or criminal activity. False verification documents or contact details are inferred as misuse of terms of service, subject to criminal investigation.
